Our story
Three families. One company. Same valley.
Reliable was founded in 1977 by Dan and Marie Santos. Their son and his friend — both raised here — ran it for nearly thirty years and turned down every private-equity offer that came knocking. Today Davis and Jenna carry it forward, raising three kids in Napa with everything riding on doing this right.
Eight of ten of our technicians live in Napa too. This valley is our home, and our reputation lives in it.
